DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping is offered on all online orders $60 and over.
Local Pick-up is also an available option.
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
RETURNS
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 301 South Gay Street, Knoxville, TN 37902.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Give a Gift of Knoxville with one of our Gift Boxes! You decide your price point and we'll create a personalized basket for you! Each gift basket is made to order, so if you have an item(s) you'd like to include, it can be added to any gift to show a personal touch.
